Question: I just found out that I need a SharePoint Account in order to log in to the ASD’s new SharePoint site collections.  I don’t have an account.  How do I get one?

 

Answer: Follow the steps below to verify your account or to provision a new account:

 

Step One:   Look at the Operator Account Master list to see if you already have an account.  The Master List is located  in the Operator Accounts solution article  The list is organized by Operator.  After checking the list, answer this question:


Do I have a SharePoint Account?  Yes—go to Step 3.   No—continue on to Step 2.


Step Two: If you don’t have a SharePoint Account, you can request one yourself.  If you would like to request an account on behalf of another user or users, you can do that as well.  Click here to learn more.
