In the event of any incidents on your school buses (e.g. fights, disruptive student behavior, bus driver issues, etc.) and viewing the video is desired, requests for a copy of the video can be made by submitting a request to TransVideo@scsk12.org, with the following required information:
1. School name
2. Date of incident
3. Bus route ID number
4. Bus route schedule/time of day (morning or afternoon)
5. Contact person at the school who should receive a copy of the video when delivered to the school
6. If a copy is needed urgently, please indicate in the email and contact Durham to request to pick up the video, if desired
A copy of the video will be delivered or mailed to the school depending on the urgency of the request.
