When your schools experience issues with Durham bus services, e.g. late buses, missed stops, etc., please first contact the personnel at the bus terminal that provides the buses for your school. If your service issues continue and can't be resolved after contacting the staff at the bus terminal, on up to the General Manager, please submit a help desk ticket to the Operations group for further support and resolution.
