When your schools experience issues with Durham bus services, e.g. late buses, missed stops, etc., please first contact the personnel at the bus terminal that provides the buses for your school.  The contact information for each bus terminal, organized by school, can be found in the following document:

If your service issues continue and can't be resolved after contacting the staff at the bus terminal, on up to the General Manager, please submit a help desk ticket to the Operations group for further support and resolution.  The above link will continue to be updated if the Durham staff information changes; however, if you wish to print a copy, please access the attachment.
